Description of Work: The serviceman inspected and relit the pilot on the gas water heater. He thoroughly explained what he did and how it works. He was very receptive to questions. It was a very good service call.

+ -1 moreI had Jim Satterfield in to give an estimate, which he did peomptly and courteously. He gave me several options with the pros and cons of each. Once I decided on his company, and which option to go with, it took apoximately a week to get the equipment, which he installed the day after it arrived. Everything went smootly and has been great since.
Description of Work: Replace airconditioner, coils, convert to RD410.
