Description of Work: Joel represented us not only as buyer's agent, but in all aspects of the buying process as we were not in town. He gave us very candid advice on choosing our house, even when it made his own homes look bad. He arranged and supervised all inspections and dealt directly with our mortgage lender so that we did not have to be intermediaries. When sewer problems came up right after we moved in, he went to city council on our behalf and got them to agree to pay for the repairs, and he put us up in a nice hotel.
