+ -1 moreThe sales team will say whatever it takes to get you to buy. But once they’ve got your money, good luck getting help. “Oh, you have dogs and kids? Our warranty covers any every day wear and tear!” Oh, but it doesn’t. And when these things are reported to management, the repeated response has been, “Oh, we tell our sales team not to say that.” I have honestly received this excuse at least twice, for two separate issues. That’s it. No effort to address and correct the issue. I have had several poor experiences like this, and will never buy from or recommend them to anyone again. No accountability, no follow up.

+ 0 moreSofa broke in November. Scheduled for warranty service pickup 8 days after I contacted them. Scheduled for morning pickup. It is 3:00 PM as I write this review. And, if I recall correctly, initial delivery was about a week and a half after th eitem was paid for.
Description of Work: Bought sofa in January. Had delivered
