Curt's Carpet Cleaning

After calling several carpet cleaners in the area, all said they could not clean the carpets in a rental that had allow dogs to urinate inside. Called Curt's Carpet Cleaning and he said he had used some chemicals in the past and would try them, but they were expensive and he couldn't guarantee removal of 100% of the odor. We made an appointment and after cleaning he called me and said he wasn't completely satisfied, but we needed the chemical to dry and have time to "do its thing". After checking on his work, the carpets were greatly improved, but still not clean. In two days (without me calling) he returned to check on his work and called me to let me know he would go over the carpets a second time at no additional cost. Within a few days, we inspected the carpets again. The pet ordors were still faint, but probably 90% improvement and over the course of the next month, smells were unnoticable. While the cost was considerably more than standard carpet cleaning, he made a valiant effort and it was less expensive than replace the carpet complete like the other carpet cleaners had suggested. I plan to use Curt's service on all my needs in the future.
