Overall it went very well...On the down side, Burnham is a small outfit and was not able to do the project for several months after I called them. However, they gave a fairly accurate expected start date. They did a nice job of restoring the foundation to level. They were helpful in telling me which parts of my foundation did and did not need to be repaired, and suggested a cheaper alternative (soaking the soil) for part of the house which seemed like it would also need to be repaired. I found them to be trustworthy for this reason. I'm not sure how good the price was, but it seemed fair based on the cost of the components, man-hours spent on the project, and equipment costs. I'd use Burnham Basement in the future.

My neighbor referred them to me. They were good and everything was fine. They did everything that was expected in the expected time. They have been around for a long time and Mr. Burnham the owner takes interest in the job. I will continue to use them in the future.

I had a water leak in the basement when I called them. Upon estimate and inspection it was determined that I had a severely bowed wall in another spot. They placed wall anchors on that wall. On the other wall that was leaking they placed lining and water proofing ot the outside and inside of the wall. Then they put dirt to help channel water and fill in low spots in the yard. In order to do this they had to take up some decking, railing and fencing. They removed and replaced all this with very high professionalism and everything looked even better than when they got there. When doing the anchors, they had to cut holes in the drywall. They replaced all the drywall that they cut and finished it so that all I had to do was repaint and move furniture back into place. Excellent service for the price.
