Description of Work: We have had our Furnace and Air Conditioner replaced, and we call them twice a year to come and check them out, clean them and replace the filter if needed. We are very satisfied with his charges. We have used him for the past 12 years and have never been dissatisfied with his work.

+ -1 moreWhenever we call and want them to come out they usually do so if not the same day, the next day. If we forget to call them they always check with us to see if we need them to come out and check the air-conditioner or the furnace or to turn it on. I like that. They are very friendly. We will use them in the future.
Description of Work: We used Steve's Heating & Air Conditioning last Fall to replace a filter for furnace and air.
