Placed order approximately 3 months before the work was performed. When I called to get a quote they responded very promptly and came out to give me a quote. I purchased the gutter helmet system on that day. The only problem was that they could not get out to do the install until 3 months later. I thought that was a very long wait time to get the product installed. At least I didn't have to pay for the gutter helmet guards until after they were installed. The installer showed up on the scheduled day and time just fine. He was very professional about his work and did a very good job. I am pleased with how the gutter helmet performs.

The workman worked quietly and steadily for 5 to 6 hours after explaining the process in detail. He even put in an extra down spout that eliminated water pooling because the area couldn't properly drain without it.. He then explained the only maintenance required is to spray the opening of the gutter with a special nozzle which he provided.
Description of Work: Met with the salesperson who was very well informed and she was able to schedule installation on Oct 8, 2015 if weather is good. I will give a review after installation. One man came on October 8th. He was a mannerly quiet gentleman who explained Gutter Helmet differs from Leaf Guard in that it did not require the top 6 inches of my siding to be cut back before installing and that it could be on all my gutters including my flat area over a sun room in the back of my house. Leaf Guard was going to exclude a gutter above my front porch because Leaf Guard needs 6 inches below its guttering. Gutter Helmet was installed on all of my gutters.

They came out and gave me an estimate. They were not the cheapest gutter cover product but the Gutter Helmet product seemed of better quality than the competition. A date was scheduled for installation. The installer showed up on time and did the work. I observed the product working during the recent 4" rain and it worked well.

Description of Work: Everything was very professional from the beginning. The services were done quickly and they cleaned up every tiny bit of mess. I had him remove the old insulation and add spray foam insulation in my attic. My bills have drastically gone down. Very high-quality product and I am exceptionally pleased with the service I received.

I thought they could have gotten it back on sooner. If i would have known that first on, I would have called someone else.
Description of Work: They had to take to gutter helmet off before they could work on the roof. Now it's finished, and they say they can't put it back on till the middle for Dec.

We apologize for the delay. We do not bill until the work is completed. GutterHelmet is custom fit to the home and it takes an installer months of training to be able to properly install the Helmet. That is why we can not just pull in extra help when we get behind on installs. It should also say something about the company and the product when we have full time installation crews and are backed up a couple of months. We will always send somebody by to keep the gutters cleaned until we can install our product. You're busy when you're the best.

Came out and replaced existing gutters in front of house. Did a great job, removed old gutters, talked to us about how they were handling some strange corners and has been in place through one season of falling leaves and works as advertised. No gutter blocking at all.
