They sent me a bill for servicing the unit (which was damaged because of the fire and there was no power for them to check anything) which i did not request them to service anything just to provide a quotation. They said there was no damage to the unit (which at this point the insurance had already seen the damage and deemed it a total loss). When I called the office when i got the bill they were extremely rude to me they only offered to write off the bill when I told them I would be forwarding the bill to our attorney. I e-mailed the owner of the company thought he would want to know what's going on in his company and received no reply which makes me think he already knows how shady his company they are. This company is known for being the most expensive Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical company in the El Dorado and Butler County area. DO NOT USE THEY WILL SCAM YOU Attached is a picture of the filter from after they said the unit was fine and serviced by their company.

Got right on it. Took care of issues one after the other.

We annually get backups in our drain - usually tree roots. Carlisle is very prompt to respond and very good at keeping their machines clean, thus not adding to the mess, unlike a couple of others who we've had.

They where puntual. I didn't have any problem with them. Yes I would recommend them.

Always responsive and professional, Carlisle has efficient office staff to set appointments; good hard workers who don't waste time to do the job. I wish the bill wasn't so high, but they are worth it.

This company has always been quick to respond to a heating and air problem. We've depended on them for years for our heating and air needs.

They came promptly on Monday morning and within 1/2 hour they had cleaned it out all the way to the street. They were careful to contain the gunk coming out of the sewer and cleaned up after themselves before they left.

The furnace would not heat. They responded quickly, cleaned the hose bib on the inducer, and charged me the minimum service call.

Carlisle's has worked on my 40+ year furnace keeping it operational. They would order and replace electrical burners as needed in order to keep us from replacing the system. We had In 2010, we updated the house and Carlisle's replaced the AC/Furnace with an efficient system for our home. They took time to explain the options and what would best suit our needs. Installation was excellent. Also during the remodeling, we had electrical work done and again the Electrican discussed options and made suggestions to meet our needs for new lighting and outlets. We had purchased ceiling fans which he hung in less time than we would have unpacked the box. Same with plumbing, options and efficiency with installation

They were great. They first came out for an estimate. They were reasonably priced and had all of the needed parts when they first came. Only one technician was needed for the job and got it done in one day. Getting the appointments set up were very easy and they showed up on time. I would recommend them and I had no issues with the work since.

Everything went fine with the work. I had no issues with their responsiveness and I believe they were able to come right out and do the work within one visit. Overall, it was a good experience and the work was done in a fashionable time.

I have been a customer for about 4 years. I feel like I can call them and trust their workers and can feel comfortable having them in my home. The installation of the unit went fine. I purchased through them and they installed it. I do not usually have to wait very long for them to come out and do the work I need done. They usually call when they are on their way as well.

They were good to work with and their pricing was very reasonable. We had someone else provide the water heater, and Carlisle installed. I would consider using them again.

You may find companies that charge less, but you definitely get high quality work from Carlisle. When the work is done, they clean up and do not leave a mess. I have been quite happy with their service.

I've used them for number of things. The fact that they are whole service and anything they can not do themselves; they know reputable subcontractors.

I did not cost me anything because the sellers were still paying at that time. Everything was fine. With that particular incident, they got here right away and replaced it. I got a quote for another item that was separate from that and that took them quite awhile to get me a quote on. The people I had contact with their company were great.
