Jose did an amazing job with a pretty complex project on a historic house. He was able to fix extensive wood rot damage while maintaining the integrity of an old house. He had to replicate a few decorative beams and did a phenomenal job. His estimate on cost and time to complete the project was spot on. He was able to get us on schedule within a couple of weeks and came/finished the project on time and budget. I would highly recommend him for any home repair. He also did a stone walkway and the project turned out great.

Pricing was great and they showed up when they said they would. The work was completed above what we expected and they matched our existing stucco perfectly. Would definitely hire again.

Andapithi came out quickly to give a quote when we first started inquiring about stucco repair before painting our house. They came out a second time when we realized we would also need trim replaced/repaired, and gave a second quote. They came out a third time to finalize everything before getting started, which we realize took a lot of their time, but we were very thankful for their quality customer service. When it came time to actually complete the job, which ended up being more stucco repair than expected, they didn't change the price we were quoted. They got the job done quickly (1 day), with a team of people working very hard from about 9am to 6:30pm. The stucco pattern matches perfectly. This team is highly skilled and I will definitely recommend to neighbors as my neighborhood has a lot of 100-year old stucco houses. We do have neighbors that have had similar work done, but their stucco repairs are in obvious patches where the pattern doesn't quite match. I'm glad we chose Andapithi because our pattern matches perfectly, and I can't wait to paint the exterior because I know it will look great.

I don't know what kind of stucco I have. He came out right away and even got on the roof in the snow. He gave me a reasonable price and I had him fix some rotted wood too. Very pleasant to work with.
