Their Associates were very professional and efficient! Cleaned up after the job that was done in a reasonable short time. Also, the price was very competitive with those of other Companies! I would highly recommend them!

Our salesperson. Shelby came out quickly and did a thorough inspection and went over in detail what we currently had and what we could benefit from additional insulation. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in her follow up and seeing the job to completion.

Service providers were not professional during the process, they underbid a more professional company so that is why I (regrettably) chose them. They messed up my garage so bad an electrician and garage specialist had to come replace lights and my entire garage door tracks (both of them) and motors (the company paid for this, so credit to them for that). The manager of the project said: when you do 100 projects one is guaranteed to be terrible, you are the one. Also there is no change in climate stability in my home. All in all this was a waste of time, money, and peace of mind for the duration of the project and aftermath.

I hired A+ to install spray foam insulation for my finished attic renovation. Shelby provided all the information I needed during the quoting process and A+ was a significantly better value than competitors. The crew who performed the work were great, keeping me informed of everything they were doing and doing a thorough walkthrough afterward with me to make sure everything was in order.

They are great about their quoting process. Very fast and professional. Their install team had a few reschedules due to the season which was fine and really should be expected. If you aren't flexible make sure they know. Their team was fast and when I pointed out some errors in filling in they were professional and appreciative. It did take them awhile to get me an invoice but I think that was all because of a new process.

From the quote to the insulation installation, A+ Insulation did a great job. The sales rep listened to my requests, jumped up in the attic, took pictures, and worked with her staff to get me a competitive quote while covering all the areas I required. The installers put down plastic from the front door to the second floor attic access. They were nice people to work with, vacuumed up, and cleaned up my house as if they hadn't been there. The experience was good from start to finish.

True professionals

The technicians who installed my attic insulation were great! I hardly ever write reviews, but they were on time, answers my questions, did a great job, and took all the trash. And there were nice! I only gave four stars because the sales guy was okay. He appeared to be annoyed when I asked him to put his shoe covers on to enter my house. He also made several errors in paperwork, but thankful I caught them. I decided to with this company because the price seemed reasonable and it had good ratings despite the sales guy I got. I should say he did promptly answer all my questions and resent paperwork when I requested.

A+ Insulation was great to work with from the time of the quote, the team coming out and the quality inspection check afterwards. The work team was top notch on their interactions and professionalism. Extra care was was taken by all team members with regards to COVID. I would absolutely recommend A+ Insulation.

Great service from a professional team. From project initiation to project completion the was about three weeks. The experience started with an in depth site assessment by an experienced estimator. The install team communicated well through out the entire process. Thee team worked hard to fix the mistakes by the builder. We had spray foam done in our basement and the space is now extremely livable. Great work for an honest price. The only reason they got a five star rating is because I cannot give six stars.

Did not try to sell me things that i did not need

Daniel, Jeff, and the entire team were excellent to work with. Daniel was a great communicator, and took the time to answer my questions and provide education whenever I asked. I felt as though they went the extra step to provide a quality service you can trust. They were respectful in handling some adversity, and took the time to make sure the project was being done correctly and in a timely fashion. Their rates were competitive and I highly recommend their company for any insulation projects. Being a newer homeowner, with a tighter budget, I was very happy with the overall product.

Everything went great and the insulation has made a huge difference in the house. Only bad thing is that I never received the invoice with before/after pictures. I reached out to them a couple of times and never got a response. If I got the invoice with the pictures I would have given them 5 stars.

They were prompt, performed installation expertly, and polite. Good follow up as well.
