Jim did an amazing job,his techs got stuck on a job, Jim himself came out and handled the install. He was quick, polite, was able to take the time to explain some pros and cons about our fan, and installed a new switch for us. Highly recommend.

The technician was terrific! After taking out the old remote, he put in the new one. It shorted out so he recommended that I get a new one then let him know when I had it and he would be back. I did, he did, and everything is back to normal. (I found my same fan even after 20 years. Yayy!)

We contacted Jim to obtain an estimate on the costs associated with fixing some electrical deficiencies noted in a home inspection report. Jim scheduled a time to come out and inspect the property and immediately provided a detailed estimate. After closing on the purchase transaction, I contacted Jim to schedule a time to complete the repairs. I did not want anyone to occupy the property until the repairs were made. Jim was very responsive and immediately returned my call. He informed me that he was currently booked solid for a couple of weeks but would be happy to get something scheduled. He knew exactly where the property was and knew that the house was recently sold as he lived in the area. Jim was great! He offered to start working on the repairs in the evenings as time allowed between other jobs. I absolutely accepted. I met Jim and gave him a key to access the property as time allowed. He called me a couple of days later to let me know that the work was complete. I was pleasantly surprised as he told me upfront that his schedule was full. Jim was fast, professional and courteous. His customer service exceeded my expectations! The final bill matched the estimate to the penny- despite the fact that he completed the work in the evenings and in record time! I am very pleased and would highly recommend Jim, The Ceiling Fan Man!
