Description of Work: Got up a lot of standing water -- cut up and removed ruined carpet and pad -- set up large industrial dehumidifiers and fans and had them on for several days Oh and he also extracted the water of of 6 dining room chairs that had been flooded with water from the upstairs

Description of Work: I actually had him clean two carpets that had pet stains. One carpet was very expensive and he worked hard trying several different techniques. He was able to remove all ordor and stains and salvage a very expensive Karistan wool carpet. The other was just a nylon and not much of a challenge. Had tried other carpet cleaning services for the wool carpet, and they didn't want to even try for most part.

Description of Work: He cleaned carpet in a 2 story, 4 bedroom home rental property. He cleaned the rooms, hallways and everything. They also cleaned the tile in the bathrooms and the entire basement.

Description of Work: They are spectacular. They have not only cleaned the carpets and tile in our house but in a 2nd home we own there was a leak that caused substantial damage. They did the remediation on the water damage as well. They were tremendous.

Description of Work: Rusty cleaned the thousands of glass tiles and colored grout in my custom shower. He was meticulous, attentive, and extremely knowledgable. I am a perfectionist, and I trusted him 100% in my home. That says a lot! He even protected the corners of the drywall leading to the bathroom by using protective guards so that his equipment wouldn't soil anything. There were no foul odors associated with the process. No messes. He was flexible regarding the time and effort I wanted him to put into the job – I could have a VERY clean and like-new shower for the price he quoted, or he would spend several additional hours "getting frustrated" to ensure every single imperfection was removed from the miles of grout in my shower. I opted for the former, but I know he also would have excelled at the latter. He never tried to oversell me, and I respected that immensely. Based on other bids I received, I know his pricing was fair and I received quite a bit more effort than I was likely to get from the other "salesman-y" bids I received. In fact, Rusty even tried to convince me how I could do quite a bit of the cleaning on my own and save the expense altogether. His honesty was refreshing, and it wasn't because he didn't want the job – he just wanted to make sure I knew the truth. He also gave me tips on how to protect the shower, maintain a clean surface, and finished by telling me that I could call him anytime if I needed an extra bit of sealer on any spot that didn't take well. I wish I had more showers for him to clean! Great guy. Great company.

Description of Work: Rusty's Carpet Cleaning and Restoration comes out regularly to clean the carpets in my house. I had some water damage to my carpet at another one of my properties. Some mold grew in the carpet because it was in the summer. Rusty's came and did the whole project. He cleaned the water up, repaired any water damage that he could fix, and restored the carpet. Also he was the general contractor to oversee the hardwood floors being replaced by another company.
