+ -1 moreThe tech they sent out, it was his anniversary and he had to spend a couple of hours overtime, so I thought it was nice of him to come out and be late taking his wife out for their anniversary.
Description of Work: They had to re-sodder the tiny coils up inside the air conditioner.

+ -1 moreThe service received from Weber's was ridiculous. Had to have them fix the same exact thing 3 times in one month and yet I got a bill for all 3 times! They are in no way cooperative with their customers and have even been down right rude. I will NEVER use Weber's service again. BEWARE: Do not let them work on any appliances that have warranties on them. They absolutely refuse to claim any type of warranty so therefor it will void most appliances' warranties if you let them work on it.
Description of Work: First five times I called they just welded a copper tubing and claimed that it was fixed. Finally on my fifth call they finally changed out the water pump on a leaking ice machine.
