It went quite well! I'd forgotten my password to my Windows 7 account on my old laptop. I hit a few snags in the process, here and there. But, he was kind enough to provide the step by step walk-through for the process to finally get access to my user account on my older laptop. He even went above, & beyond what was expected; even though he'd been clocked out for the day. On the walk-through, he guided me through the proper steps to get access to the old account. He's very knowledgeable, kind, & considerate! I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing tech assistance with their I.T. needs!
