Walkway looked great. Not always punctual and a little hard to get hold of but I would use them again. Cleaned up area well after working.

Dan is a nice guy but I'm sure he had trouble finding and managing good help

They were paid but when I called to schedule the work, their phone number was no longer in service. The very helpful AL customer service also attempted to contact them, but had no success. I was surprised and incredibly pleased that AL refunded my money. This, in comparison to Home Advisor, who did not refund my money in a similar situation. Upshot: trust AL !

They have not performed the work yet even though they've been paid.

I contacted Angie's List requesting a refund due to their phone being out of service, and no response to numerous emails. Angie's List was unable to contact them also, and promptly refunded my money.

Went well. This is our 3rd year of using them for our lawn services and we will continue to use them.

My husband set that up, but they were not there for the length of time they were supposed to be. They did not show up when they were supposed to be there. He had multiple e-mails back and forth with the company and they sent out another crew to make up that one-and-a-half-hour that they did not do the first time. They came an hour late and we were already gone. We waited there and nobody showed, nobody called, nothing. He communicated by e-mail trying to get a hold of them again and they do not respond to him at all. We would definitely not use their service again.

They were wonderful! They showed up when they said they would, charged exactly what they said they would; did MORE than they said they would! You can't beat that! They were professional and polite, both the workers in my yard and the customer service people on the phone.

The two men worked hard , communicated well with me, did what I wanted. I am very pleased with how it looks! I paid extra for their materials,dump fees, and an extra hour of labor. They did not give me an itemized invoice.

The folks did everything that I could have expected to accomplish in 8 hours and did it very well. They trimmed suckers of of trees, took down a tree that had regrown where I had one removed, cleaned out flower beds, trimmed shrubs that had over grown, and did a fine job cleaning up when they finished.

all went ok, men doing the work were very pleasant and conducted themselves courteously. Added cost over special was more than I expected.

The crew came and dug out the existing rock and plants. They laid a weed barrier and put mulch on top. Another business was called in to move our sprinkler heads. The crew also laid the retaining block for one of the beds and it matched the existing bed nicely. The other beds had metal edging which is what I requested. On the last bed the crew bent the edging to end at my retaining wall. It would have been nice if they had rounded it to match the other side of the house. They did help me with some questions I had about the health of my lawn and gave me suggestions for treatment. Overall I was very pleased with their service and you can't beat the price! I would recommend Simply Green lawn and landscapes to my friends and family.

Dan at Simply Green did a great job with the design, the work and the communication. He stands by his work - as he came back out to fix a small issue with the drip line hose in one area. When the supplier encountered a back order for the blocks we wanted, Dan kept us informed and personally confirmed when they arrived. Excellent work. Excellent communication.

He was prompt and responsive to my requests. I will definitely use him again,

The walkway is very attractive and is very well done. I am very pleased with all the work. I can tell that everything has been installed to last.

I contacted them for an estimate, the sales person seemed to be very professional, however it was difficult to get them to repond with the estimate it took about 1 month. When they finally set the appointment they did not show up. I had to call them to set another time to get the work done. If I had not paid in advance thourgh Angies List I never would have used them. The two gentlemen that came out to the house and planted the tree and shrubs were very professional and seemed to have done a good job. Cleaned up afterwards. That part was a good experience, however the tree died shortly after planting it. The shrubs did great. When I called about the tree, never heard from them. I never would use them again

I hired this company last fall to do verti-cut seeding and fertilization. They postponed a few times until it was too late; the ground was frozen. They apologized and said they would take care of me next spring; whatever that meant. I called them this spring and scheduled them to come out and look at my lawn to discuss seeding, etc. They didn't show. No answer when I called. I left messages and never got a return call.

Dan with Simply Green was very good to work with, and I felt very confident from the beginning in the job he would do. Dan had individuals helping with the work, but he also was working with them. Dan and his team removed a large fish pond, including two large stone paths. Dan and his team also leveled the back yard, removed dead shrubs, brought in dirt to level and fill in areas, cleaned up the trees/weeds around the fence, and fought of wasps and bee hives that were unexpectedly discovered. Dan brought in help when needed, included a gutter man to help with the drainage.Dan also is helping me sale the stones that were removed.

I called a few times then received a text message (in error) but some with a young lady via phone. I explained I needed my yard mowed. Got a rough quote to have then come out every 2 weeks. I was told someone would be our on July 7th or 8th, nobody showed up on either day. I called back on the 8th & left a message. Called again on the 9th but only got the answering machine. Yard is out of control & I need someone NOW. Going to call another company. Will not call or do business with Simply Green.

Sent an email and received a response that someone would get back to me. Another email came that said they no longer service my area. Next day received a call about my original email so I said I understood they weren't able to service my area to which she stated that it wasn't correct and I shouldn't have been told that... I agreed to a quote and explained how to get in my yard since I'd be gone. Received a voicemail stating they couldn't get in my yard. I called and again there was an issue but... I got a call with the quotes which were higher than I would've expected. I said yes to the mowing knowing my yard was out of control and I was still gone. Was told it would be done. Got home but yard wasn't touched so I hired someone. Received a call about a week later asking if I still want them to do the work I left a voicemail saying no. A couple weeks later I received a call asking how they are doing on my yard - no one ever touched my yard. A very unprofessional experience!

Mr. Stevenson contacted me to say that I lived out of their service area and they would not be able to perform the services. He was pleasant and professional.

They were good and I would rate them highly.

According to Kari the new company was not informed of my purchase. Once I was in contact with the new owners, they responded in a timely manner. Dan and crew were professional, friendly and helpful. There were challenges that were encountered that were dealt with in a creative and professional manner. Dan went more than the extra mile and did a beautiful job. Tanner responded by email promptly saying someone would contact me shortly. No one called. I emailed Tanner again and was told there was a change in responsibility but someone would call me shortly, NO one called. I emailed again and called ( leaving a message). Tanner responded that he sold the company and he encouraged the new crew to contact me but I should ask for a refund.

My experience with Stevenson Lawn & Landscape LLC went great. The pricing was good and they did excellent work. They do a great job. They're there on the day they say they're going to be. They were responsive and came out within just a couple of days after we called them, to give us a quote and look things over. He was dressed professionally and knew what he was doing. He was real nice.

It was great, it was excellent. They did a tough job. They did all that. We are happy with it.
