PICO came to our home to understand what we were asking and was the only contractor out of 3 we requested quotes from that came back to our house, walked us through their estimate and described step by step how they would expand our roof and screen in our covered porch area. Their estimate, while in the same ball park as the others, was slightly lower and we awarded the work based on their response to our request versus their favorable pricing. During the course of the project, the project manager was responsive to our questions and provided timely communication and response to materials delays and sub-contractor scheduling. They could have done a better job in their daily site clean-up, particularly construction sawdust on our outdoor carpet on the patio. In all, very happy with the completed project and would recommend them to others.

The worst contractor I have ever worked with. Poor quality of workmanship, and it took 7 months to finish a simple bathroom remodel. I would not recommend them to anyone or any type of work.
