Gary and his crew were punctual, very polite, professional, and easy to work with. Working with them has been a wonderful surprise. Recently I?ve had a number of contractors performing work on my house and I?ve been less than satisfied. My experience with Gideon's Source proved there are still folks out there who maintain integrity and take pride in their work. I am more than pleased with the work they performed and will definitely use them again in the future.

Had a combnation kitchen ceiling fan and light that just quit working. Checked all the wall switches and chain switches, still, wouldn't work. Service proivder quickly found back switch in light fixture, replaced, and works like new.

I contacted Gary for information & estimate because of the great reviews he had received. I was very lucky and they had time available for me the very next day. Two guys showed up the next day on time and went over everything before starting. I am always full of questions and they were very patient and wonderful to work with. They also looked at a new exhaust fan that I had installed by another electrian, but wasn't completely set up and they got it going for me also. I was very impressed and was very glad I found them. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

I have the greatest respect for this company. I received a detailed estimate, and the work was scheduled and completed as stated. This project involved installing wiring for a home theater system in a finished basement. It was a real challenge to figure out how to do the wiring while doing the least amount of cutting holes in the basement ceiling. The two employes came up with a creative plan and did a great job of doing the work. They were very thorough in cleaning up after the work was done. The next time I need any kind of electrical work done I will be calling Gideon's Source!

This company was great to work with. They installed 4 new GFID outlets for me on new circuits. The electricians performed the work just as the estimate said they would. This company was on time or early for both the estimate and when they come to do the work. I was away at work when the electricians showed up and aside from the new outlets I could not tell they had been in my house. There was no debris left be hind. I would Highly recommend this company.

Gary and his team did an outstanding job and were very reasonably priced. I contacted Gideons source to get a cost estimate on the work I wanted done. Gary reviewed my drawings and the materials that I had already pruchased and said that he could use some of it and reduce my overall cost on the project. He also advised me that the outlets I had purchaced were on to code and that I should return them instead of use them so that I would pass inspection. He also recommended a few additionas to my plan to make the space mor functional and keep everything to code (a courtesy left alone by the other company I received a bid from). I accepted his bid and his crew was in the next week and roughed in everything in half a day. I spent the next two weeks finishing up the drywall (I told him a week and he remained pateint after it took me a little longer than I thought). He finished the work on the 5th of November in less than a day. I recommend Gary and his team for whatever size project you may have. They are quick, courteous and very good at their work.

The job went quickly and very efficiently. They knew what needed to be done, and were in and out in no time. We are now a day ahead of schedule! A big thanks to him and his team!

Went very well. Gave me a ballpark figure over the phone and met me at the house to look at the old panel. We got together the next day and I signed the contract and they started the next day and finished the same day. Very professional and polite.

What I like about Gary (owner) is that he always does what he says he's going to do. You don't always get that with construction workers. I always know when he says he's going to call, he is. Or when he says someone will be out, they always show up on time. He is also very organized. He calls periodically to check-in on our bsmt progress so he can make out his schedule and we can get the electrical done on our time schedule. I really can't say enough good things. And I trust them completely to always do things up to code. Gary has told me before that he doesn't cut corners and he always does the work according to what code is, and I believe him! I would recommend this company for any electrical work.

I would certainly recommend them. They are excellent. They are not the cheapest, but it is a fair price. I think it is worth the money.

Upon explaining problem Gideon Electric patiently explained where to find a reset switch. . . over the phone. . . with no charge! Knowledge fixed the problem and the price proves honesty. . .

They are wonderful. They are extremely nice and helpful people, they know what they are doing, and they are helpful. They are just nice, hardworking, and honest people. Sometimes they did things that electricians don’t really do because someone else didn’t prep well enough, but they are just great people and I would trust them to do anything.
