AFTER THE FIRST SANDING HE BUFFED OUT A PLACE TO TEST STAINS ON THE FLOOR SO I'D KNOW EXACTLY HOW IT WAS GOING TO TAKE THE STAIN. GREAT QUALITY, PROMPTNESS, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, FINISHED ON SCHEDULE. VERY LITTLE DUST AND ALSO PUT UP PLASTIC TO PROTECT. GOT HIS NAME OFF ANGIE'S LIST AND RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY. PRICE ABOUT SAME AS OTHERS BUT HIS FLEXIBILITY WAS WHAT SOLD HIM TO ME. VERY PLEASANT MAN AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS AND CONTRACTOR.
