+ -1 moreThe plumbing technicians were not knowledgeable and they left a huge mess. Additionally they didn't shut off my water and flooded my yard. They left and the issue was not fixed. I feel this company lacks integrity and the quality in their work is not up to par. Its really sad because I do think their electricians are good, but this experience was less than stellar. I hope they get their house in order, but I won't be doing business with them. Not sure why they wiped dirty gloves on everything.

+ -1 moreThey installed my endless water heater in 2008.i called for service before 9/11 ,we had no hot water and was leaking water in the basement. they told me that they wanted a down payment. I said ok but I asked them ATA when are you coming.they didn't call back but in did and I was told that due to lack of technicians they didn't know when they can come fix it maybe never.it was installed by them and they don't stick with their work.very unprofessional. Very rude too.

+ -1 moreThey have always been excellent. They are probably a little high, but they always come right away.
Description of Work: We used Hood Heating & Air for putting in central heat and air, a water heater and a dish washer in the other house. Over here, they put in a new central air unit. We have used them several times the last couple of years.
