+ -1 moreShow up, colleced Groupon and then left without performing work or indicating why they were leaving. Had to call 90 minutes later to find out that the carpet was 'too soiled'. Not as soiled as their reputation. Don't waste your time. Evidently the extent of their work was to drive to the location.
Description of Work: They were able to successfully pull their truck into the driveway and then leave without explanation.

+ -1 moreThe carpets appeared cleaner and smelled much better.
Description of Work: I purchased a groupon to have the carpets cleaned in 2 rooms. I was wanting to get rid of a general pet smell and they did a pretty good job. The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was dressed professionally, was polite, and overall I was pleased with the service.
