+ -1 moreMurray Roofing and Construction installed decking and a roof for me and didn't install any ventilation (i.e. ridge vents, turbines, etc). Their website states, "We offer free chimney flashing, ice & water shield, underlayment, pipe flanges, unlimited amounts of ridge ventilation, static vents and cleanup at NO additional charge for residential and commercial roofing accounts." They never provided ridge or static ventilation for my roof. I repeatedly contacted Murray Roofing asking about my venting and never received a call or email back. The one time I spoke with the President of the company, he told me he'd have to speak with the salesman who provided the quote and never got back with me. Attentive prior to getting the check cut for the job, but afterwards Murray roofing completely dropped the ball. Very unprofessional and simply not what they advertise.
Description of Work: Ripping the old roof off my house and putting on a new, all the way down to the decking.
