Description of Work: New Roof and gutters,,roof is not perfect and guttering never did work,,for 3 yrs asked them to come back and they tell me,,,will be there Tues,,,guess I should have confirmed which year and month that Tues was. Also promised a neighbor free windows for passing a long a huge client,,,3 yrs later no windows....
