When text Brenda (Owner) about it she was very rude and said she was glad to get rid of me because I always found something. Well if I pay someone to clean my house I expect it to be clean. I saw something on the bathroom floor and took a paper towel to wipe it and the paper towel was filthy. Same thing with the floor corners on the kitchen floor. I have a list of probably 10 things that were not cleaned. This is just on a 1 story house, only 1700 sq ft. This did not include the basement.

4th time they have come out. First time...excellent...Brenda was with them. Since that time, Brenda has not been with them. Work was o.k. the second time...3rd time was also o.k....4th time, 3 ladies..billed for 3 hours at $85 per hour. Texted them to tell them that we didn't want their services again. No explanation was asked for...just got a "k". Just received a bill for 2 hours at $85 per hour for 2 people. It did not occur. I texted and said "what the h*** is going on"? Whoever answered the text said that I was an "a******" and it was a different family but I responded "with the same address"? I don't know if it has been Brenda that has been texting but, where it is or isn't, is not the point. Absolutely unprofessional.

Brenda was very nice and professional. She and a couple of others come out to my home once every other week and do all the regular cleaning that I don't have time to do. They get along well with my dog and the house always sparkles.

The service has been very good. They’ve been quick, do what they need to do, and have done a thorough job.

I am very happy with them. They are very speedy and professional. Usually three people come out to do the cleaning.
