The Appliance Store

Went in to Buy a New Refrigerator. Ours had quit working, and had been gradually warming up. Sells Person, who actually was the Owner. (Something You won't find at a BOX store) explained to use that it sounded like a defrost problem, and could probably be fixed for a couple hundred dollars. We decided to explore the option of having it fixed since it was a $2000.00 Plus Refrigerator, and was only 6 years old. When the  technician showed up (The OWNER) again! He explained that if the refrigerator builds up frost it can't get rid of the Heat. I always thought refrigerators produce cold air. He explained that most people do, However they actually pull heat out of the unit, and when they frost up they lose the ability to do that. Long story short. He put in a defrost heating element/thermostat. the total bill was approx. $150.00. WAY less expensive than the NEW one I was prepared to buy at his store the day before. It is Refreshing to still find people who are honest and care about their customers, and NOT just the BOTTOM DOLLAR! He obviously would have made much more money selling us a new refrigerator, but chose to be honest and do the right thing. AGAIN try to find that at a BOX STORE WHERE SELLS PEOPLE ARE JUST THAT..... SELLS PEOPLE!!!!
WE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THE APPLIANCE STORE for  honest sales and more importantly SERVICE!
