+ -1 moreJim arrived at the time he said he would. He removed the old furnace and installed the new unit, then tested it. He came back by the next day to check it again and make sure it was working the way we wanted. He cleaned up everything, left us with the manuals, and showed us what he had done and how it differed from the old unit. The new unit heated the area much better, ran much less, and worked like we had hoped.
Description of Work: We had Jim Bull replace one of our furnaces last winter. The old one, we knew, had been undersized, and Jim was able to help us figure out what size of furnace we needed in that area, and helped us choose one that balanced efficiency with our budget. We have had Jim do other furnace and A/C repairs in the past, and once again he was very honest about what we needed to have done.
