Not well, last year trees were full of the webs, their sprayer could not reach them and they told me that spray would not kill them. I sprayed myself with good results. This year the July treatment did nearly nothing, I called them back and they did come back but had limited success. Terry told me a chemical that I could use which came back with a 95% kill rate on the problem. When I advised Terry about this, he stated that I should take care of the yard myself and was tired of "dicking" with it. I fired them. After thinking about it, I called back and asked for a refund of the $425.00 I paid for the July treatment as it did not work at all and was told they would not refund the $425.00. They were not going to make a "special" mix for one yard (note the chemical that work cost a whopping $20.00). I advised that I was unhappy with this and made it clear. Also my yard is full of crabgrass and I have had all the treatments they suggested. So if you want a company that won't stand behind their work, is only going to apply weed be gone and the crabgrass preventer does not work, hire these guys. It would have been an easy one to take care of if they were willing to make the effort which was not the case and don't believe for a second they are going to come back for a reapplication without a fight. Very unhappy with spending over $2,000.00 with them.

They've done very well so far. They're prompt, they come when they say they're going to, and they have good rates as well.

They have provided lawn care services at our church since 1988 and have done a very good job. In fact, we just retained them for this next year.

My overall impression of Quality All-Care Lawn Services was excellent.

I used their services for 5+ years. They advertise a "weed-free" lawn on TV, I gave it plenty of time, and it never happened. They would delay coming out to do free weed service calls just to combine it with my regular treatments. After last fall, when I told them I was going to seed and they didn't bother to advise me on ridding the weeds prior to seeding (they saw how heavily infested the yard was), only to tell me after seeding that now they wouldn't treat the weeds, I had had enough. The "money back guarantee" is deceptive advertising. They only offer free services (of the same kind that I no longer wanted). I told them why I was cancelling (voicemail and website message), then got an e-mail from Terry Mueller saying he didn't know why I cancelled. So, add poor communication to their list of limitations. He then called me to discuss and put me on the defensive immediately, blaming my decision to use another company to overseed ("it didn't work, did it?") for the lack of a healthy lawn, blaming the weather (typical), and belittling the competition ("you get what you pay for"). I was offended! After so many years of patronage, everyone had always been polite. How very unprofessional of him to argue with me and make snarky comments over the phone simply because I disagreed with him and didn't want any more of their poor services. He claimed he wanted to make it right, but would not consider a refund, which would have been appropriate because I had already hired another company and certainly wasn't going to change my mind after being verbally harassed by him. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Don't reward them with your money.
