Service was good. Dennis came out and brought samples. He was able to customize plans according to our needs which was excellent. We were able to get some custom built in wall cabinets done to maximize space in our theater room and bathroom. Dennis is customer oriented in the details and was even willing to come out and give some further recommendations after we had our granite installed on bar to see if it needed any further support. After the job started email was the best way to communicate but sometimes took a little while to coordinate dates. The project install was about a month later that planned which then conflicted with other work we were completing in our basement and is about the only thing that could have been better. The cabinets are beautiful and I'd use them again for any future woodwork I need done.

The project was a great success. Denis and his team were very professional and timely. When we originally negotiated the bid the work was not scheduled to be delivered until February, however Denis had an opening come available in January and so the work was completed faster than I expected. Denis and his team showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Denis even helped me out with sorting out the paint color to match my existing trim, which was not in the scope of the project.

The experience was far beyond what I'd hope for. To take hundreds of pieces cabinetry with nothings more than a list of what pieces went in each room, graphics of where the big cabinet pieces went and throw in bunches of trim boards for each room and the rooms cabinets looking like fine woodwork when done was amazing! He was very creative and good at solving problems that popped up. The semi-custom cabinet provider who has sold cabinet for years thought he fee was very reasonable. I did get him to reduce his start up fee of 1/2 the project fee to $1000 until he had worked a couple days so I could make sure his skills was up to the job's level.

These are frameless cabinets so there is no tolerance for error. Although he had not made them, he installed them perfectly! The important thing is, he COULD HAVE easily made them. His attention to detail and level of craftsmanship is amazing. We then hired him to make a walnut bar for our basement, and it turned out wonderful too! We HIGHLY recommend Dennis!!

Everything went just as Dennis said it would. He showed up at my house when he said he would. He had all the materials he needed and he just got right to work. He is a meticulous guy! He laid tarps down so that when he used his saw there wouldn't be saw dust everywhere. He built the frame of the cabinet, which had to be painstakingly placed around a drain pipe from the house. He made sure that the frame sat slightly in from the house siding so that when it rained, it wouldn't go in to the cabinet. He put a shelf inside, the entire length of the cabinet, which is 8 feet long by the way, for extra cushions. Dennis secured the frame to the patio without having to drill into our concrete patio. I wanted two doors for easy access to the cabinet and wow did I ever get great doors! Dennis made them so that when they are closed, the actual doors fits perfectly into the opening of the cabinet. Then he put siding on the outside of the doors so that it all looks like one piece. He went the extra mile by putting latches on the inside of one of the doors so that when it is all closed up it is very snug and there are no gaps whatsoever. He put flashing where the cabinet actually meets the house, which matched up with flashing that already ran along the adjoining side. The siding on the cabinet matches up perfectly with the siding already on the house as well as the siding used for the doors. He caulked everything when he was finished and totally cleaned up the area to where you would never know that he was there. This cabinet is solid! I might have spent a little less money hiring someone else, but the quality of workmanship was well worth the extra that Dennis charged. I will definetly hire Dennis again! He is extremely knowledgeable about his trade. You get what you pay for!!
