We had garage floor replaced at a remodel we are doing. The driveway is fairly new and we didnâ t want it damaged with heavy equipment. They managed to tear out the old floor and replace it with a new one without any damage to our driveway. They were easy to work with, were knowledgeable about the process and provided great customer service. They also applied a finish to protect the floor when we asked them to.

This was a small job that other contractors priced at an extremely high price. Not only was Blankenship in the price range I thought was reasonable, but they did a great job.

Competitive pricing;professional and open communication from initial estimate to project completion. Very skilled and efficient crew. Will and his team took pride in their work and it shows in their final product.

$8,000 dollar driveway cracked after just 8 months though Blankenship insisted he would put it in right. Neither Blankenship senior nor junior will return my phone calls for assistance. They apparently don't care about their customers and purposely avoid them. As a 71 year old US Army Retiree, I caution my fellow soldiers and Seniors doing any business with these people.

Great crew led by Willie. The are by far the most organized and they left the job site spotless and the end of each day. They completed a 20x 20 basketball court in my back yard, took out and replaced my driveway and my neighbors and also replaced my entry steps and landing. All within 5 days. Professionalism off the charts. Both Biff and Biff Jr are great to work with.

Will did a great job. He listened to what we wanted and added his perspective to improve the design we were thinking of. Our stoop and driveway looks fantastic.

We are very pleased with our new driveway. They also replaced the bricks lining the driveway. They matched them for us, and everything looks very professional. These guys take great pride in their work. I would definitely recommend them.

I was amazed that two guys could remove an old driveway and install a new one in 3 days. The old driveway was torn out, leveled, and the rebar in place for the first pour at the end of the first day. All of the driveway except for the approach at the street was in place on the second day and the approach was poured the third day. They added a nice (and unexpected) pattern into the concrete at no extra charge. Just two guys proud of their work. The only negative is that Biff Blankenship, Jr., my point of contact with the company, is a VERY busy guy. He always called me back when contacted but don't expect him to answer when you call. Just leave a message and know he will call back soon.

The fellas from Blankenship Excavating were very fast and efficient. They tore out our old driveway and poured the new one in the same day. Just 2 guys, but they were finished before 5 pm!
