I liked their years of experience and their realistic estimate. My garage floor replacement is on their wait list.

The things that I liked the most about this business is that they did what they said they would do, at the time they said they would, and in the budget. The communication was outstanding, the schedule was met, and the quality of the work was amazing.

I had a 2 car concrete driveway installed by Biff Blankenship in Spring of last year(2021). The quality of the concrete is so bad it is now(March 2022) coming apart with divots/pinging everywhere on the concrete surface and has cracks in the walkway to the porch. Biff will not return my calls. I will be taking legal action next.

We are very satisfied with our porch and driveway. Biff and his crew were easy to work with and went out of their way to move our plants for us. Customer service was top notch and we would hire them again.

Customer service would be a 5 up until the point I reported the yard damage post job. The work they did was very satisfactory. The damage left in my yard was not. I was expecting some wheel marks and impact, but I have rutted dirt and no grass in three places. Also a large section where concrete spilled in the yard that I havenâ t been able to remove. This is exactly what I had concerns about with concrete work as I am physically no able to handle a lot of yard work with my back. I was assured at the time of the estimate any damage, if any would be repaired. Unfortunately rain delayed the finish and the job was finished while I was gone. I had to have someone pay them and wasnâ t there to see the damage in my yard. Lesson learned to not pay until issues resolved. Still waiting for a reply to see if I will have any help repairing my yard. But after an accidental phone call to me yesterday, followed by a hang up, not holding my breath. They were great to work with up till the end. The actual concrete work is excellent!

Biff was great to work with, his team is very talented and had good ideas for us along with being able to execute at a very high level.

Removed old concrete with very little damage to surrounding lawn and landscape. Made a new bed with compacted gravel. The finish work gets comments from everyone who walks by. Very proud of my new concrete.

Excellent experience! The final product was exactly what I was hoping for. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves unlike many contractors. This is a company that takes pride in their work, I would highly recommend.

They responded immediately, did a quote, and scheduled the job within a week or two. I had been trying to have my driveway redone for two years. No one would call back, come out for a quote when promised, and never followed up. When I called Blakenship they took care of it. So thankful. The speed and quality of the work was excellent, and a little "design" element in the surface gave me the driveway that will be the envy of the neighborhood.

We had our concrete driveway, sidewalk and patio area replaced. They did a great job, answered any questions that we had to let us know what to expect. Had a couple adjustments thru the projects but with communication it all work out great. I would recommend them for sure. Thanks a bunch!
