B&R CONSTRUCTION

I have an elevated deck that had significant wood rot. Bob came out and assessed the situation. His bid was very fair. We had B&R remove all of the wood rot and ultimately decided to change the deck design. B&R was prompt and came when they said that they would. The work site was cleaned up each night. They were professional and did great work overall. I've very pleased with the service, the price and the end result.

I was given this company name by Jason at Binswanger Glass who stated that they did a lot of business together. Bob (owner of B&R) convinced me that I didn't need to call anyone else. After a week went by, I never heard back from him. I ran out of time and had to put my house on the market with a rotted window. Very embarrassing. I have called Bob several times since then and he never returns my calls. I called Jason at Binswanger and he told me to just keep calling Bob, which doesn't sound like the best advice.

Quote is very well detailed. Wood rot completely removed and area restored with solid vinyl trim that matches perfectly. Completed work professionally, in timeframe agreed upon, and honors quote given.

He was very responsive to the time element needed to replace the window. Since the window was taken out a couple of days before he could get the job done. We are well pleased with the performance of B&R Construction.

We contacted Bob Noe about repairing some wood rot on our house. He was very prompt in coming to our home where he ascertained what wood would need to be replaced. A few days later he mailed us his bid and we then agreed for him to do the repair. He came out within a week and did the repair. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him to others.

BOB AND RON WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH. JOB WENT FAST AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED.
