Infinity Home Concepts and Design

Description of Work: We were quoted by Dave from Infinity and accepted. We then learned, after the project started, that Dan the owner, had outsourced the entire job to Dave without our knowledge. Dave has another job and would only work weekends and evenings maybe 1-2 days per week. It was AWFUL! Along with other issues, our deep freeze was unplugged and never plugged back in, when some cabinets were sprayed in our kitchen the underside of our new quartz countertops weren't protected so they were sprayed blue and his solution was painting then white. The paint still flakes off a year later. The paint also got inside other cabinets since they weren't properly sealed and ruined all of our plastic items. The paint adheres to plastic and can not be removed. The cabinets weren't primed before painting so you could see the grain through the white and blue paint. We called him out on it and he fixed some of them. A few got by us. That was his deal, everything was half-assed. The bathroom was used without us home and overflowed with disgusting consequences. I could go on and on. It was so ridiculous.
