The previous owners had extended the patio and built it over a sprinkler head. Some how something started to leak up through the crevice. I have used this company for my sprinkler system for 2 years now and have been very happy with them. They are very nice and responsive. I have worked with Donnie a lot on a couple of problems we have had with out sprinkler system and he is wonderful.

It went good, they were on time, completed the job and have been responsive. The only negative I have is they did not leave the lawn in reasonable shape where they dug the trenches, as they were huge lumps in the ditches that had not been tamped down and required a lot of work from us to get those areas back in shape. I understand that it was a 100 degree day, however, they could have come back the next morning and cleaned up the lawn better. I didn't know there was a self draining system so we wouldn't have to have the maintenance done each year of turning on and off the system and did not receive the warranty on the system, only in an email stating what the warranty was. Also, was not told we would be responsible for the removal of any rocks they may dig up. However, they did carry them to the creek bed. I would have liked to seen a professional written quote (contract) with the appropraite materials and warrantys. I had to request that informaiton and ask for details and just received emails with the requested information asked.. The price quote was fair, I thought.

I didn't have any problems and the installation went fine. I really haven't turned it on because we've had so much rain since they installed it. The guy that did the bid also did the installation and was here the whole time. That was one thing that I was looking for. It took a little longer because we had some weather issues and I was out of town. I have every confidence that they will stand behind it. I dealt with the owner and his wife. It is a small company. His wife answers the phone. He was a nice young man. I got four bids and there was a $3,000 difference in the price for the exact same job.

They are knowledgeable about what they're doing. They usually come the same day to mow. The guys that do the fertilizing come in a different truck. They are very thorough.
