He sourced and replaced my house water filter's carbon tank, along with installing some extras to make replacing annual sediment filters an easier task. In the past he's moved a gas pipe that was in a terrible place in my storage room to help get it out of the way, and installed and perfectly leveled a fussy ice maker at the bar. He always gives friendly quotes and expert advice, is patient when going over any instructions, cleans up after the work, and he's training his fellow plumbers to do all of those same things. I will always trust Blue Duck Plumbing for any plumbing project."

"No. The customer service was awful. First, he came in & told me it was a valve in the master bath that he could change out & hose in the kitchen he could replace & a new kit for the toilet ($265). Polestar was supposed to get back to me that afternoon with an estimate, they did not. I called them the next day & again they were supposed to get back to me with an estimate, they did not. I called them again this afternoon for the estimate & they finally sent one over. They wanted to replace the whole master bath sink ($578), not just a valve as stated while he was here & the whole kitchen sink ($884), not just a hose. SERIOUSLY?!!? No wonder they took so olong to get me the estimate. UNBELIEVABLE!!"
