Brian installed four recessed lights in our kitchen. He helped us talk through how many we needed and the best placement for the lights.

On a Friday morning, the breaker on one of our electrical circuits had tripped and would not reset. After checking everything on the circuit that I could, the breaker would not reset. I called Randall Electric and left a message on their answering machine. In less than an hour, I had a return call from the owner. He outlined some of the possible problems. As luck would have it, the weather was limiting some of their other work, so he said he could have someone over yet that morning. The electrician and his helper arrived later that morning and asked a few questions. They identified a yard light as one of the possible problems with the caution that it could take some time to find. A few minutes later, they found a problem with an outdoor outlet that was easily fixed. They were finished in less than 30 minutes and the circuit was back on. The only charge was for a basic service call and the problem was fixed the same morning. I was pleased with 1) being able to talk with the owner, 2) their overall responsiveness, and 3) the resolution of the problem in the least costly way.

We had problems with our bedroom ceiling fan a few weeks ago and called Randall Electric. The electrician checked the fan very carefully before deciding that the motor was bad and the fan could not be repaired. After we purchased a fan in Kansas City, the same electrician removed the old fan and replaced it with the new one. He and his helper arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up following the installation. These two men were very efficient, wasting no time. They were polite and friendly. We certainly will call Randall Electric if we have need.
