Went well. Contractor contacted me on my schedule, which often meant after standard working hours, and included meeting with me at the property and meeting at a neutral location to review and/or sign paperwork and/or select material and material color; complete with samples. Once on site, they worked until complete, including adding modern decking material when they discovered the shortfall. They worked well after dark to meet my schedule requirements. There was a little bit of debris left in the backyard after their clean up effort. But, it was raining the second day and I'd rather have them installing roofing than cleaning. Summary: These guys tore off 2 layers of shingles, repaired/added modern decking, replaced vent flanges, drip railing and new 3-tab shingles on a ~2000 sq. ft. house in 1 day. Plus, the house isn't very square and they figured out how to make everything look like it is.

It was a large job. After we accepted the bid, he put us on the list and got to us as our turn came. Once on-site, they encountered several obstacles that had not been anticipated, but the crew overcame them and included all in the bid price. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the job site well.

They were very responsive. I tried calling another guy in town and he did not return my calls.
