Mr.Magic Carpet Cleaning Plus

I had originally called Mr. Magic Carpet Cleaning about purchasing one of their larger Groupon offers, but after about 10 unreturned calls in less than two weeks time I got fed up. The call center/secretary advised me to purchase the less expensive Groupon and book a service date with them because I was under a time crunch and needed to get someone out to clean our carpets before we listed our house on the market. I continued to try calling the only number they have listed, and when I did I would get a secretary from their answering service who would take a message and assure me that a technician would call me back, but this never occurred. The day of the scheduled cleaning, I had to take off early from work, but no one ever called me or showed up at the scheduled time. After an hour of waiting, I called them again and they told me that at was scheduled for that day, but for any time during a 4 hour window that afternoon. They said they would get to me when they could and that the technician was running late that day as well. When the technician finally showed up to clean the carpets, I talked to him about the Groupon situation and he honored the cheaper Groupon deal, but did not negotiate for the more expensive one that I was most interested in because it didn't equal the work I needed done perfectly. All in all, the work that was done was satisfactory, but I was not impressed with the lack of communication and accountability this company offered. In my opinion, if you say you are going to do something, then you should do it.

They did a great job of cleaning our carpets. We have 2 dogs and a cat so our carpets get a workout. The cleaner was on time, quick, and did an excellent job.

Arrived promptly and cleaned all rugs. It did not appear that the areas along the walls were cleaned and several soiled areas remained.

I highly recommend Gary, he's always punctual and does a great job. He works really hard and is very trustworthy. I have no worries at all leaving him to work while I run an errand. He's cleaned several times for me and is always careful and thorough and a very nice man. He cleaned the air ducts for me and sprayed it with antimicrobial treatment which helps with allegies a lot. His prices are very reasonable and I don't think anyone could beat it, especially for all the hard work he does.
