+ -1 moreThe only issue I had was, the tech didn't get my dryer put back together evenly, I think he was just in a little to much of a hurry. I left several messages and no one ever called back, however the tech showed back up and fixed it. My son just happened to be here to let him in. I would've preferred a return call with a specific time.
Description of Work: My dryer wasn't getting hot.

+ -1 moreIt went fine. Their response was very quick and their demeanor was fine. The refrigerator had to be replaced, so there wasn't any work to do. They said fixing it would cost as much as a new one.

+ -1 moreWe've used them for a long time and they're wonderful. They're great. You call them and if they can't get out within a day or two they tell you and set up an appointment. If something comes up they call you. When our a/c went out they were 4 days out but called and said they had a cancellation and could come that day. They're very good.
Description of Work: We've had our heating and a/c serviced and worked on. He's repaired washing machines and replaced a water heater.
