About us

I am a owner operated home inspector servicing Sedgwick and Butler counties in south central Kansas. I provide a noninvasive property inspection of interior and exterior components of the dwelling and grounds. I do buyer and seller inspections and new construction inspections also. I also offer Radon testing and pest inspections. I prefer to work for the buyer or seller direct and not go through the referrals of a listing agent as I have had listing agents tell me "now don't scare them off" It is my strong opinion that if you are paying me to do a job then you deserve the most thorough job possible and what gets reported to you shouldn't have an impact on whether or not the listing agent refers me out again.
