Andy is a likeable guy and passionate about his work. Having said that, I also have to mention a couple if things...during late summer, he poured a small slab or me at a very reasonable price. However, the slab was not scored and it cracked almost exactly where it should have been. Every slab he has poured for me he has scored but this one. While he was here, he told me that "something wasn't right" with the driveway he had done for me because there are four slabs that are cracked, saying it was "on me", referring to himself, and when it got cooler, he would be back to fix it. Have not seen him since. He replied to one text back in October regarding the slab that was not scored and therefore cracking saying it did that because ground settled. All other attempts to reach him regarding his intent to gix the driveway as well as that slab have gone unanswered. I actually recommended him after he completed his second project. He's done four for me. The last one being the cracked slab.

Great company. They went above expectations and compared to my neighbor's recent contractor.....well there is no comparison.

This pro was very easy to talk to. He was available by phone during the entire job. His crew is awesome, I would highly recommend HP Services LLC.

Andy and his team are amazing! We got a patio installed and Andy went above and beyond, even to the extent of pumping water out of dug area to help dry up. Highly recommend and will use his again FOR SURE!!!

While Andy is a very likable guy, he did not follow through on his promise to fix his stamping and coloring concrete patio job. After coloring he instantly said he did not like the way it looked and would fix *in the spring*. After multiple messages and phone conversations back and forth of the last 18 months, the job has yet to be fixed and Andy no longer responds or returns calls. I am left with a concrete patio too slick for my kids to play on safely and a quote from another of $2000 to fix his work.

Some of you may know that over the course of the last 11 months we have been building a metal shop in Topeka. During that time, we have had to navigate missed deadlines, covid supply chain issues, dishonest/incompetent subcontractors, the red tape that comes with permits and inspections, weather, and anything else that could and did go wrong. I probably would have thrown in the towel a few times if it hadnâ  t have been for Andy Jackson with HP Services, LLC out of Topeka. Andy was recommended to us from a family friend to pour the footing/pad for the building. While Andy did a fantastic job on the pad, it was all of the other things that he was able to assist with that compelled me to write this. As an example, when the sub that was supposed to put up the building tried to gouge me on taking it off the trailer, Andy showed up with a skid steer and did it in less than 20 minutes (with surgical precision I might add). When the city told me I needed an 18â  trench for the electrical to the house, Andy and his crew were there the next day. When a giant root ball threatened to compromise the pad, Andy got the â  bigger machineâ  to rip it out of the earth and backfill. Then the city decided I needed a 16 ft temporary pole for the electric while the building went up; Andy was on it. I couldnâ  t even tear down the old garage that was falling over. No problem for him and his crew. He was always on time, always came in at the price we agreed to (which was always reasonable) and never jerked me around like every other sub on the job. I really canâ  t recommend him enough. If you have any concrete or dirt work that you need done or know of anyone that does, please give him a call 785.249.3037. If you donâ  t know anyone, save his number for when you do. You wonâ  t regret it.

HP Service, LLC of Auburn, KS did a fabulous job for us, They completed the foundations and floors for a detached garage for us. Andy and his crew completed the preparation, setup, forming, pouring of the concrete and finishing. There price estimates were right on, knowledge level was high. They used shoring to protect my lawn and picked up after themselves. They did outstanding work and I would recommend them to others.

If you want a contractor who does what they say they will do and gives a fair price for work, then this is your choice. Andy is a down to earth, straight shooter. We have an awesome stamped patio. I will never look elsewhere for concrete work and send anyone I know his direction.

Andy and his crew were here when he said they would be and they finished on time. They did a fantastic quality job removing the old existing patio and replacing it with a beautiful new much larger patio! They also cleaned up and graveled the driveway. i couldn't be more pleased with the work they did.

Andy and crew did and excellent job in replacing patio and adding new sidewalk from detached garage to house. When we explained our project, he offered design ideas that were better that what we had thought of. We had to have another crew remove a tree before he could start and he was there just a few days after notifying him tree was gone. Sidewalk and patio turned out great. Will definitely call him again if need more concrete work in the future.

Fast, courteous and quality service. Bid the work and within a week completed my small project. My walkway from the driveway to the front door had sunken badly, Andy raised it and used piers to prevent further damage from settlement. Looks great and makes my steps useable again. Also excellent clean up after they finished! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Andy and his family/crew were AMAZING! Not only did they do a Beautiful job replacing the broken walkway to my front door adding much needed curb appeal, they added on to my patio and created a new sidewalk in my backyard. And went above and beyond by repairing a broken corner of my patio for free! I highly recommend them and would love to do business with them again.

Excellent concrete work, I had my driveway extended and the HP crew was very professional in the work they performed. Great pricing compared to other contractors. I needed my main sewer line replaced and HP bid that job. Compared to other contractors they were in the middle with pricing. They completed the job in one day and I was more than satisfied with the work they performed. I m getting ready to install an egress window in my basement and I will definitely be using HP Services. They don t take payment until the job is 100% complete.
