Description of Work: We hired Faithful Plumbers to install a Bosch Tankless Hot Water Heater in our home. They installed a pipe that stated on the warning label and in the manual that it was dangerous and illegal to use as it did not provide the proper ventilation. As a result of this error carbon monoxide and dangerous fumes were pumped into our home. We called Faithful Plumbers and set up appointments on three separate dates to have the issue fixed and they no called/no showed for all three appointments. We paid another plumber $1,000 to fix the issue and Faithful Plumbers agreed to reimburse us and we agreed to a payment plan. We never received a single payment and ended up having to take them to small claims court. Please avoid this business and they are dangerous and costly!
