+ -1 moreVornado could easily have simply filled the order, and sent the additional merchandise, as listed. However, they recognized the unusually large quantity listed, and asked clarification. Instead of 'cashing-in' on our mistake, they "went the extra mile" to verify the accuracy of our order, prior to shipping. This shows a degree of honesty and integrity which is unusual. I have also found their products to be of the highest quality. Their humidifiers are available at many local stores, but some accessories must be ordered online. They have also answered e-mails promptly and reliably.
Description of Work: When my roommate and I ordered accessories for our room humidifiers online, while she was placing the order, she accidentally doubled the quantity. Though we noticed the mistake, the order had already been completed. I decided to allow it to remain, as we would need the additional quantity eventually anyway. The next day, the company called us by telephone, long distance, and asked verification on the quantity.
