Jeff's job was on a time schedule to get done before the new HVAC had to be installed. However, during Jeff's work he encountered three major problems. 1) the weather would not cooperate - it rained several days. 2) We discovered a large sinkhole had developed under the concrete pad which had caused it to sink in the first place. 3) Jeff had a long distance to cart his equipment and dirt around the side of the house to get to the work done. However, it could not have gone much better. Jeff would show when the weather permitted, and despite encountering the unexpected sinkhole and having to make several extra trips for more fill dirt, it did not effect our price, or the quality of work he did. Moreover, Jeff made sure the pad was sealed and filled old cracks that needed to filled prior to his leveling. The only thing he was not in a hurry to get done was collect his payment. Overall, I was thoroughly please with the work he did, and fell bad it has taken me this long to write a review of his services. I know we will be using his services to complete the other project that need to be done around our home, and we are so grateful he pointed them out to us. He took the time to explain the issues, and educate us, and show how they can become larger issues if not address. In no way was there any pressure to by Jeff. He is genuinely concerned about his customers, and it shows in the way he conducts his business, and carries himself.

Great! I recently needed some driveway and sidewalk cement work done for a cracked area that had dropped. Jeff was very responsive when I contacted him. He came out quickly to my home provide an overview of his process and a cost estimate for my project. He came back within a few days to complete the leveling. It's a pretty interesting process. A week later I had a minor concern about some space between my drive and sidewalk. Jeff responded quickly and was back out to fill that space. Even coming out late in the evening to accommodate my schedule. He is easy to work worth and stands behind his work. I would recommend him for your concrete leveling needs.

Jeff showed up for the job on the dot, was very efficient, and cleaned up. The driveway looked like new. Jeff even came by a second time about a week later to make sure that everything was good.

It went great. We called on a Friday and Jeff was here the same day to give us an estimate and then back the following day to level the concrete. He did a great job, will definitely have him back for any further needs.
