The workers showed up on time and did an amazing job for us. We live on a gravel road and it had been quite a while since we had our windows done. I thought they were very friendly and did a good job. I'm still up in the air about the number of windows. I was charged for 35 windows with 3 windows having screens that were inaccessible bringing the count to 38. I have yet to count 38 windows at my house ð
