Richard was great. Very polite, honest, and reasonable with cost. I ended up having him clean my windows. So glad I did. Iâ d been having trouble with a downspout. The last person didnâ t check. Richard did and discovered when being installed a nail had punctured the spout. Offered to take care of that for me. I think that is rare. It wasnâ t about making money as it wonâ t be much. It was telling about his character and kindness.. Iâ ll use and recommend Richard for as long as heâ s in business.
