Description of Work: Spring sprinkler health maintenance, and add-on well filter replacement ($105). Owner/scheduler was professional, but did not compensate for the service tech's lack thereof. He did not introduce himself or company, was 30min late after arrival window (1-2pm), and was difficult to communicate with. I use more than one data point before making decisions, so next time will be the deciding factor.

Description of Work: They came out and closed up our lawn irrigation for the fall and winter.

Description of Work: The replaced and rewired my timer for my sprinkler system, replaced sprinkler heads that weren't working and replaced broken lines.

Description of Work: A sprinkler system was installed in our front yard in 2011. The price was $2,900+. The job was satisfactory. No problems. Hired them to put a sprinkler system in the back yard in June 2012. The job was performed on June 18. They were paid $3,332.05 at completion on that date. The next day we discovered an electric line had been cut and we had no electricity to our three outbuildings. I called and was told that the owner had a tool that would locate the break and he would be out to fix it but it would be the following Monday before he could get to it. No problem. However, he did not show nor call. I waited until Friday thinking he would call or show up. When I reached him, he apologized and said he had forgotten about it. He would be out on Monday morning. He called at 10:10 on Monday and said he had an emergency and he would be out after noon and would call first. When I had not heard from him by 3:00 pm., I called him and he said he had another emergency and would try to get out later that day. I explained that my daughter was having surgery the next day so I would appreciate it if he would make every effort to get out that day/evening. He did not show and he did not call. Tuesday was my daugher's surgery, Wednesday was 4th of July so I did not expect to hear from him on that date. However, he did not Thursday. So Friday morning I called and left a voice mail and asked him to call by noon as I was getting impatient. He did not call by noon. I called him at 1:30 pm and reminded him that we had been without electricity to our outbuildings for 2 1/2 weeks. He said he had an emergency and I said you seem to have an emergency every time I call. He got irate and said if I was that ungrateful, forget it! I should read the fine print in the contract as the homeowner would be responsible for cut lines and then he hung up on me!. However, we had marked, with flags, the two electrical lines that we were aware of. Obviously there was another line that we knew nothing about and that was the one they cut. I feel his rudeness in hanging up on me and his lack of response to my calls, after being paid in full after both jobs, was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional.
