It was for the church rectory and so it was billed to the church. They are punctual and professional. They understand their business. They know what needs to be done and they do it. They installed a new heating and air in the rectory and they did an excellent job. They do an excellent job and follow up service. We use them continuously for both church and rectory.

They diagnosed the problem and kept our furnace running during extremely low temperatures until they could get the part in. The man who came out was neat and professsional. They did not charge us for the full hour of service, just a half an hour. The price was reasonable for an after hours appointment. They went out of their way to make sure we had heat, and I could tell he was concerned with keeping my home warm, which I really appreciated. When the part did get in, they called us to let us know right away. It took them a short amount of time to get the part installed, and only charged me for the time they were there. It was the same guy that came out the first time, so I didn't have to deal with explaining the problem to multiple people. They billed us and all of the charges were broken down and explained to the last penny. They even cleaned my furnace free of charge, even though I had another company out in November to clean it. He did an excellent job and I will use them again in the future. My furnace runs better now than it ever has before, which is incredible. I'm really pleased with their services!
