Wright PC Clinic

Dropped off the computer on Saturday. The team worked on it over the course of 4 days and was able to resolve the issue without losing any data. They only charged $65, which was very reasonable considering Geek Squad charges $50 just for diagnostics and then substantially more to actually repair/resolve the problem. I would definitely use Wright PC Clinic again.

They have good technical knowledge.

Computer is still working fine. Very professional and personal along with being very skilled. This is the only place I will go to have my computers repaired.

Outstanding! Wright PC spent days cloning my hard drive to save everything, including documents and family pictures of my husband, who had passed away. They asked me how I used my computer, built the new desktop to fit my needs, and made sure I had up-to-date malware & virus protection. They also spent time answering a number of questions I had, as I am not very computer savvy. I have been using my new computer for just over a month and it is terrific! I recently moved here from out-of-state and I'm happy to know that I've found my new computer shop; a place I can trust. Thank you Wright PC!

I came to them very stressed out, after dealing with Geek Squad from Best Buy! Geek Squad was “Fixing” my computer and made it worse, so I bought a brand new laptop. They were unable to speak to me in English, not computer talk. Wright Computer made me feel safe about the purchase of a new laptop. Wright was incredibly supportive and sensitive to my needs. I would recommend them to anyone. Wright was so nice!

I brought my daughter's HP Envy computer in for repair due to overheating issues and a stuck touchpad. Blake had to order the cooling fan form California, he recommended a used touchpad (lower cost) vs. a new one, and he saw no problem having the computer repaired within 1 week. Wright PC Clinic kept me updated during the repair process. The computer was ready in 6 days. When I picked it up, Blake explained what he did, how it resolved the problems with the computer, the extra things he did to reduce the risk of overheating, and showed me the old parts. The service was excellent, the cost was reasonable, and the computer was ready before the promised date. If any computer used in my household needs repair in the future, I will bring it to Wright PC Clinic in Zionsville.

Our experience with Wright PC was smooth from start to finish. We were working with an outside insurer, and they were very cooperative with that process. The estimate was free. We had to wait a week or so for the keyboard to be ordered, but you can't expect any repair facility to carry every part for every model of computer ever made, so that was fine, too. So far, so good--but this is the second time the keyboard has failed in exactly the same way (once when it was only 2 weeks old), so we hope there won't be a third time. If there is, we now know what the problem is, and may attempt repair ourselves. HP repaired it the first time under warranty, but never told us what was wrong with the computer or what they replaced. In sum, I would recommend Wright PC without hesitation.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of service that I received and was delighted with the new PC that Blake (the lead technician and manager) custom built for me! I am a quasi-knowledgeable computer guy - I’ve grown up around computers, can speak the lingo, and I’ve opened up a desktop case and done minor PC upgrades on my own, such as added RAM and sound/graphics cards. I was interested in buying a mid-level gaming desktop PC, and Blake was very friendly and conversant with me about my computing needs. He was able to quickly determine what hardware would be optimal for the games I wanted to play. He worked up the specs for a custom-built PC, and the quote he provided was definitely more affordable than similar PCs from the brand-name computer retailers. The mark-up on the components was very reasonable compared to the price of ordering the parts myself, and since I have never built a PC from scratch, I felt comfortable letting Wright PC build it for me to save myself the time and effort. They ordered the parts promptly and gave me a status update when the parts shipped and let me know when it would be ready. He had my new PC ready in 3 just business days (as promised), and 2 of those days were just waiting for the parts to arrive. Wright PC also transferred my data over to the new PC and installed antivirus and malware protection software for no extra charge. Additionally they offered to install my programs if I brought in the software discs. Blake even carried my new PC out to my car for me! Truly a terrific company to do business with! And I love my new PC!! It is lightning fast and highly upgradable, so I will be able to keep using this machine well into the future! P.S. – I also brought in my wife’s old laptop that was having issues connecting to wifi. They diagnosed the problem for free (a bad wifi switch on the motherboard) and gave me a suggestion for a real easy work-around fix that would only cost me ~$20 vs. several hundred to fix the motherboard. I was again extremely grateful for their help and will definitely use them for all my future PC needs!

Blake came out and set up a wireless connection in my house. He was helpful, professional, patient with my many questions, and I would definitely use this company again.
