decks, deck cleaning
+ 0 moreLast fall 2005 Steve Winn built us a deck and stained it. The deck stain did not take and has spots. He came out this spring 2006 and he told us that it was supposed to be re-stained and sealed, but he is telling us forget it and that he doesn't want to make it right.
Description of Work: Steve Winn (his son) built a deck and stained it.
