Description of Work: The quality of work was good. The windows were cleaned. I felt that their professionalism was lacking in that the technicians did not wear protective bootees over their shoes and tracked yard debris into our home. They did not clean up this mess prior to leaving. They did not leave blinds as they follow them. Some were left totally up, others totally down and some somewhere in the middle. They did not return some furniture to its proper place after they moved it to clean the windows. The technician that installed the protective coating on the inside of our skylight to reduce heat gain, came in asked where the skylight was. He did not take the time to introduce himself and explain what he was going to be doing. He left without asking us to take a look at his work and see if we agreed he was done and if we had any questions. To top it off, he did not clean up some debris on the floor he removed from the skylight. We had to vacuum it up ourselves. We did not feel we received very good professional service.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal $75 for inside & outside window cleaning. It was fine. It was the first time that I used them. They did a fine job.

Description of Work: They arrived on time after my asking to reschedule numerous times due to snow and/or rain. They were good communicators. Arrived on time and were finished so fast that I thought it was a sign of mediocre work. Upon inspection, I was pleased to see crystal clear sparkling glass. I have many divided light French Doors and they did a great job on those. The screens were an additional (but no pressure upsell) that I decided to do because it was so reasonably priced and I did in fact need it. I am calling them again in future.
