We bought one of their deals through Angie's List. They contacted us quickly to set up a specific date and could do one of the date and times we made available. The day before the service, they sent an e-mail reminder for the service. The technician, Brian, who showed up to do the work was on time and very professional and courteous. He reviewed the windows to make sure they were covered by the deal and gave us the additional quote for the screen cleaning. He worked quietly and efficiently. The whole process took about 2-3 hours (probably 10-15 windows and screens, all on a ranch-style home). The results were beautiful! It was great to be able to see how clear our windows could be again. We definitely appreciated the work and would likely hire them again.

It went really well. They were on time and professional. They also worked with us through a couple of schedule changes we had to do. The final product looks great.

Window Genie was fantastic! They did a great job of cleaning patio and outside windows, and found a broken seal in one we hadn't identified. They arrived promptly and did a thorough job.

Upon speaking with Scott, the owner, he recommended that we do not do the work because it could damage the aluminum siding of our home. I appreciated his honesty and integrity.

They are very punctual, professional, and very easy to work with. They washed all my external Windows and some on the inside I cannot reach. They also cleaned a chandelier that is very high as well as a gutter. They were great and I would definitely use them again.

They did a thorough job . The team worked together and really did a good job clearing our gutters which have covers on them. I'm sure it wasn't easy!

Chris did an excellent job of cleaning all the windows, except for 3 higher windows which still looked dirty. After letting the business know, Chris came back promptly and cleaned the 3 windows thoroughly. They had some paint spray on them from a paint job done prior to buying the home. He went the extra mile to get them clean. Highly recommend this business!!

they were great, on time, clean and efficient. they worked with me to meet my deadline and took pictures of places that may need repaired in the future. I'll be using them to clean my windows too.

Arrived on a snowy day, cleaned the outside of the Windows first and second floors. Removed the screens that were there, did not replace them since I was going to clean them myself.

They were very quick and efficient. For all of the work and time it saved me, it was well worth the money.

I have had much better service from other window cleaners. However, those people were the owners of the business, not a paid employee as was the case this time. Owners want to give the best service since they depend on repeat business. This employee did a poor job of cleaning the track of downstairs windows.

Excellent service and professionalism, would use again

I found my experience with Window Genie to be very pleasant. Scheduling was easy. There were email reminders of the service and the technician was very thorough. Great job. Will definitely use them again.

I requested some additional services prior to starting the job, but never was given a quote. Once on the job the price jumped from initial $179 to $444 - a 150% increase! I expected additional charges, but nothing quite like this. Unfortunately I was out of town and my wife had to deal with this. After they performed part of the job (before I was contacted by my wire) we asked them to leave. That was over 10 days ago, and amazingly have yet to be contacted by owner of the company as to why we were so dissatisfied. While I regret having to give such a negative review, I really don't think it's my responsibility to contact the owner since he is certainly aware of the issues.
